"Pelayanan oke dan rasa oke tapi cuma jaga sendirian , percuma nempel sama indomaret kalau staff indomaretnya tidak membantu staff point coffeenya. memang kalau dilihatin saja bisa mempercepat kinerja staff point coffeenya? pic harus bisa analisa hourly sales dan traffic salesnya tambah staff terutama di saat weekend atau staff indomaret diajarin ilmu barista kebanyakan staff tapi produktivitasnya tidak membantu subdivisi lain area coordinator dan korwilnya harus belajar ilmu retail lagi jangan cuma tahunya efisiensi saja"
